The 2017 Annual General Meeting will be held on Thursday 26th October at the Conference suite.
Doors open at 18:30 for a prompt 19:00 start.
The meeting is open to everyone but only MEMBERS may vote or apply for a position on the Board of Directors.
Life memberships are no longer offered but annual membership can be granted on application, forms for which are available from the TTMA office, on request.
Potential Members must be proposed and seconded by existing Members and must have Marshalled in the past.
On a rotational basis up to four directors of the Company are required to stand down for re-election. Members wishing to stand for one of these posts are required to send their details together with the names of their proposer and seconder to: The Secretary IOMTTMA Ltd, TTMA Office, Grandstand, Douglas, IM2 6DA to arrive no later than 14 days before the meeting.
Ideally applicants should live in the Isle of Man and be able to attend monthly meetings as well as other, occasional meetings.
